Purchases And Restore
RENTIQ Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. If you bought RENTIQ Pro and it is not active in the app, use Restore Purchases in RENTIQ when available and make sure you are signed in with the Apple account used for the purchase.

Refunds
